Points & miles valuations
What each UAE-relevant loyalty currency is actually worth, in fils per point. DP value is the deliberately conservative cost-basis rate we use in our own card reviews, published on each programme's page. Programmes with no published baseline are marked Pending and carry no figure.

The baseline published in each programme's overview page and used for every earn-rate calculation in card reviews — a deliberately conservative cost-basis figure.
Active means a baseline is published on the programme's own page and in use in card reviews. Pending means no baseline is published yet, so the row carries no figure.
Floor and ceiling ranges — the worst case and the sweet spot around each baseline — are not published. They need per-programme award sampling that has not been done, so no date is claimed for them here.
