The salary-transfer tracker.
Each listed salary-transfer offer has been checked against a bank product page or campaign terms and dated per offer. Filter by salary band, reward type, or specific bank.
Coverage status. 5 of 15 covered banks have a live, source-backed offer — why the others are not listed
We checked Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Al Hilal Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai, Citibank, Emirates NBD, Liv, RAKBANK and Wio Bank and found no current live banded cash offer — ADCB is running an education-sector-only TouchPoints salary campaign (15 July – 30 September 2026) that doesn't qualify for the cash table, and ADIB's salary programme remains a prize draw rather than a banded reward (re-checked 22 August). Liv and Wio run rate-based salary benefits — savings interest tied to the salary transfer, not banded cash. Al Hilal's up-to-AED-15,000 campaign ended 4 August 2026 (checked 22 August), and RAKBANK's July–August cash reward closed on 31 August 2026 (moved to its offer history on 7 September). Standard Chartered advertises an AED 2,000 Priority Banking salary-transfer cashback (salaries AED 30,000+), but the campaign terms it links to are the April–June 2026 document — treat it as unverified until current terms are republished. Absence from the table is not evidence that no offer exists.

|---|---|---|---|---|---|
FADBFirst Abu Dhabi BankFirst Abu Dhabi Bank — 20% Salary Transfer Campaign 2026 | Cash | AED9,000 | AED 5,000+ | Ends in 99 days | |
Commitment Holding period12 months Reward typeCash No lock-in period and no clawback of cashback already paid — unusual for a UAE salary-transfer offer, and the main thing that distinguishes this one. Cashback is credited monthly to the FAB account within 45 calendar days of the end of the month in which the salary landed. A month in which no qualifying salary arrives simply pays nothing; cashback resumes when salary next arrives, but missed months are never credited retrospectively, so the AED 9,000 maximum assumes twelve consecutive qualifying months. Closing the account before fulfilment forfeits cashback not yet paid. Amounts are rounded down to whole dirhams. Eligibility Credit card requiredNo Sharia-compliantNo

The Bank reserves the right to reverse the full salary cashback if the account receives no eligible salary credit for more than three consecutive calendar months within the twelve months following the payout month, and to disqualify anyone who received an EI salary-enrolment reward in the previous 12 months. Commitment Holding period12 months Reward typeCash The joining bonus is credited in 12 equal monthly instalments across the first year (Mashreq's page also carries an older FAQ describing a 6-instalment schedule for the pre-August structure). Any month the salary is missed or falls below AED 5,000 forfeits that month's instalment. If no salary is transferred for 2 consecutive months within the 12-month period from the first transfer, ALL previously paid bonus is clawed back by debiting the account. No lock-in period and no clawback of cashback already paid — unusual for a UAE salary-transfer offer, and the main thing that distinguishes this one. A month in which no qualifying salary arrives simply pays nothing; cashback resumes when salary next arrives, but missed months are never credited retrospectively, so the AED 9,000 maximum assumes twelve consecutive qualifying months. - The headline '20% cashback' is a 12-month total, not a rate. The T&Cs state the actual mechanic: 1.67% cashback on each monthly salary credit, capped at AED 750 per month and AED 9,000 across 12 months.
- Open to new FAB customers, or existing customers with no FAB salary transfer in the preceding 12 months. Minimum monthly salary AED 5,000.
- The salary must be credited to a FAB One, FAB Personal Current or Elite Current account. Savings accounts are explicitly excluded, as are non-AED currency accounts.
- SAVE OR SPEND — either qualifies, and meeting both pays no more. Save: an incremental month-end balance of at least 20% of that month's salary across FAB conventional CASA accounts. Spend: at least 20% of monthly salary on a NEW FAB conventional credit card opened during the campaign.
- No credit card is required if you qualify via the Save route — the marketing copy implies otherwise.
- Cash advances, balance transfers, and annual or joining card fees do not count as qualifying spend.
- The 20% threshold is recalculated monthly against actual salary credited, so a pay change moves the target automatically. Multiple salary credits in one month are aggregated but do not raise the monthly cap.
- Not open to Private Banking customers, SME customers, FAB staff, or customers with delinquent or overdue FAB accounts.
Cashback is processed within 60 days of completing the three-month qualifying run and credited to the salary account — in practice roughly five months after the first salary lands. The Bank reserves the right to reverse the full salary cashback if the account receives no eligible salary credit for more than three consecutive calendar months within the twelve months following the payout month, and to disqualify anyone who received an EI salary-enrolment reward in the previous 12 months. EI staff are ineligible.
- Offer window 1 June – 30 September 2026. Campaign enrolment (the form on the offer page) is required for both new and existing EI customers.
- New-to-Group only: no salary-transfer relationship with the Emirates NBD Group — Emirates NBD *or* Emirates Islamic — in the 6 months before the first salary credit. Existing ENBD salary customers are excluded.
- Three consecutive calendar months of salary credits qualify you; if the amounts differ, the cashback band is computed on the LOWER of the 2nd and 3rd months' salaries.
- Salary must arrive from a UAE employer via WPS/official channels; cash, cheque or personal-account transfers don't count.
- New-to-bank customers must also make a first debit-card transaction and register for EI+ mobile/online banking within 60 days of opening.
- UAE Nationals earn higher CASA amounts than the table above (AED 100 / 200 / 500 / 750 / 2,000 / 5,000 by band) — our table shows the non-national figures, the larger share of our readership.
- Card component: first new Covered Card only; Emarati, Skywards Black, Etihad Guest and Amazon Covered Cards are excluded. Existing EI cardholders are ineligible for the card component.
- Transferring the salary into a Super Savings Skywards or Super Savings Etihad Guest account disqualifies the whole campaign, as does holding an active Personal Finance facility at payout time.
- An extra AED 100 is paid for opening a first Alpha Youth Account within 60 days of the first salary credit (not included in the band totals above).
The joining bonus is credited in 12 equal monthly instalments across the first year (Mashreq's page also carries an older FAQ describing a 6-instalment schedule for the pre-August structure). Any month the salary is missed or falls below AED 5,000 forfeits that month's instalment. If no salary is transferred for 2 consecutive months within the 12-month period from the first transfer, ALL previously paid bonus is clawed back by debiting the account.
- Open a Mashreq or Mashreq NEO Current/Savings account and transfer a net salary of at least AED 5,000/month.
- Terms shown apply to accounts whose FIRST salary lands on or after 1 August 2026 (Mashreq's current published table). Earlier joiners are on the previous joining-bonus structure.
- The early-bird component requires the first salary within 90 days of account opening — a late HR switch forfeits that half of the headline.
- Salary must be credited by a UAE-registered employer through recognised salary-transfer channels — remittance, direct transfer, cash or cheque credits do not qualify. A mislabelled transfer narration can void the bonus.
- Bonus is banded on the FIRST salary credited; later pay rises do not re-band it.
The joining bonus is a one-time cash credit, disbursed within 60 days of completing the product bundle (90-day bundle-completion window). DIB may refuse or reverse it for fraud or breach of the campaign terms. Unlike some peers there is no published multi-month salary-stop clawback on the salary-transfer bonus itself — but the bundle's card/finance commitments carry their own terms.
- Open a new salary transfer on an Al Islami 2-in-1 or Al Islami Savings Account (Sharia, Mudaraba-based) and transfer a salary of AED 5,000+.
- New DIB salary customers only — no DIB salary transfer in the previous 6 months; at least 2 salaries must be credited.
- BUNDLE REQUIRED: the salary-transfer bonus is only paid alongside an eligible DIB covered card and/or an eligible finance facility (personal finance ≥ AED 75,000 or auto finance ≥ AED 50,000). It is not a standalone salary-transfer bonus.
- Salary must be credited via the UAE Wage Protection System / Fund Transfer System (cash, cheque or personal-account transfers don't qualify).
- An extra 15% on the bonus for products taken through DIB's 'alt' mobile / online digital channels.
Cashback is credited automatically within 90 calendar days of meeting all conditions — in practice up to roughly five months from account opening. Close the account within 180 calendar days of your first deposit or salary credit and you lose the cashback if unpaid, or HSBC claws it back if paid; an interrupted salary transfer inside the same 180 days triggers the same clawback. One clause worth knowing exists in writing: participants may not make public comment on the offer — social media included — without HSBC's prior written consent, on pain of forfeiture or clawback at HSBC's discretion.
- New-to-bank customers only: anyone with an HSBC UAE relationship — including an inactive one — as of the offer start date is ineligible, as are joint holders opening a sole account, and HSBC staff.
- Open the account during the offer period (2 January – 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive) and activate the HSBC UAE mobile app within 30 days of opening.
- Transfer at least 2 eligible salaries within the first 3 months of account opening. Advance tier: AED 10,000 to 39,999/month pays AED 750. Premier tier: AED 40,000+/month (AED 30,000+ for Emirati nationals) pays AED 2,000.
- Employees of companies on HSBC's Employee Workspace Solutions list get AED 1,000 instead of AED 750 on the Advance tier.
- The T&C's eligibility FAQ contains one ambiguous line — 'Eligibility is based on salary credits and new HSBC customers transferring salary from other banks to HSBC will not be eligible' — which we read as requiring genuine employer salary credits rather than self-made transfers. Confirm with HSBC before relying on an edge case.
Each published offer is checked against a bank product page or campaign terms. Verification dates are stamped per offer, and unsupported entries stay out of the current tracker.
AED-denominated vouchers (Carrefour, noon, Lulu) discounted to 80% of face value to reflect realistic redemption rates for typical UAE residents.
Per-bank clawback windows (typically 6–24 months) noted in each offer detail page. Offers are flagged when clawback materially affects net AED value.
