Requirements
- New-to-bank or new-to-liabilities customers only. The account must be your first-ever ENBD current or savings account, opened between 25 September and 24 December 2026 (both dates inclusive). Existing products and accounts don't count.
- First salary of at least AED 15,000 (fixed monthly allowances included) credited to the new account within 90 calendar days of opening, via WPS or the UAE Fund Transfer System. Cash, cheque and personal-account transfers don't count; pension credits do. ENBD's offer page adds that only salaries from its approved list of employers qualify.
- CARD REQUIRED: a new ENBD credit card linked to the new account, issued within 90 calendar days of opening, with AED 5,000 of retail or online spend within 60 days of issue. Cash withdrawals, cash advances, fees, refunds and reversals don't count.
- Optional uplift, not in the table above: taking a personal, auto or home loan, or any wealth product, adds AED 500 (AED 15,000–49,999 band, AED 2,000 in total) or AED 4,000 (AED 50,000+ band, AED 6,000 in total). ENBD's offer page says the loan or wealth product must be taken within 90 days of opening; the T&Cs set no time limit.
- One salary-transfer welcome bonus per customer. Once it is paid, you are not eligible for other offers under this promotion or for ENBD promotions running at the same time, and the T&Cs say the promotion is not valid with any other ENBD promotion, campaign or offer. Emirates NBD group staff, contractors and their immediate families are excluded.
Real-world notes
- Re-verified 13 October 2026: the terms still give the promotion period as 25 September – 24 December 2026, with the AED 15,000 minimum and the AED 1,500 / AED 2,000 card-included cashback unchanged.
- Verified 1 October 2026 against ENBD’s
offer page
and its Salary Transfer Welcome Bonus terms and conditions (PDF, read in
full). The two bands and both cashback tables are the T&Cs’ own figures;
sources are archived in
.council/research/2026-10/news-sources-2026-10-01.md§3. - The headline “up to AED 6,000” is the loan-included top band. The table above shows the cashback for the salary transfer plus the mandatory credit card: AED 1,500 or AED 2,000. The extra AED 500 or AED 4,000 needs a personal, auto or home loan, or a wealth product. Price that product on its own terms before counting the cashback.
- This replaces ENBD’s earlier bonus-interest cycle (1 February – 30 June 2026, now in the offer history). That cycle paid interest on a balance; this one pays a fixed cash sum.
- Twelve months is the real tenure. The bonus pays out after about five months, but ENBD can reverse it until you have received twelve consecutive salaries. Full write-up: our news post.
