FAB is paying 1.67% cashback on each monthly salary credit — capped at AED 750 a month and AED 9,000 over twelve months — for salaries moved to a FAB current account during the campaign window, which closes 31 December 2026. Minimum monthly salary AED 5,000.

  • Reward: 1.67% of each month’s salary, up to AED 750/month, AED 9,000 total
  • Who qualifies: New FAB customers, or existing ones with no FAB salary transfer in the last 12 months
  • The monthly test: Save 20% of that month’s salary (incremental month-end balance) or spend 20% of it on a new FAB credit card — either route qualifies, and no card is needed if you save
  • Lock-in: None, and no clawback of cashback already paid — genuinely rare for a UAE salary-transfer offer
  • Expires: Campaign entry closes 31 December 2026; cashback then runs up to 12 months from your first qualifying salary

The headline “20% cashback” is a twelve-month total, not a rate — the terms price it at 1.67% per month, and above roughly AED 44,900 in salary the AED 750 monthly cap means extra salary earns nothing more.

This is the highest-ceiling salary-transfer offer we track — AED 9,000 against DIB’s AED 3,000 and Mashreq’s AED 2,500. Full band table, clawback terms and the fine print are on our salary-transfer tracker entry, verified against FAB’s own T&C document, which takes precedence over the marketing page and differs from it in two of the published example rows.
