flydubai is resuming flights between Dubai and Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia, from 1 April 2027. The airline announced the route in its release of 2 November. It says Skopje takes its European network to 34 destinations.

The schedule

  • Route: Dubai International (DXB) Terminal 3 to Skopje International (SKP), nonstop.
  • Starts: 1 April 2027.
  • Days: three a week, on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
  • Cabins: Business Class and Economy Class.

All times are local. A morning departure and a same-day turnaround mean a Thursday-to-Monday trip from the UAE fits a long weekend.

Fares

flydubai gives these return fares from Dubai:

  • Economy Class Lite: from AED 2,800
  • Business Class: from AED 12,500

These are launch “from” fares, published five months before the first flight. Check the price for your own dates before you compare.

On board

flydubai says the route is flown by its fleet of 99 Boeing 737 aircraft. The release does not name the 737 variant for Skopje. It describes lie-flat seats in Business Class, and complimentary dining and inflight entertainment in Economy. It also says flydubai is fitting Starlink Wi-Fi across the fleet, but not when the aircraft on this route will have it.

For Skywards members

flydubai sells the route with its codeshare partner Emirates, so a connection in Dubai can go on one booking with bags checked through at Terminal 3. The release does not mention Skywards Miles, award seats or what a reward ticket to Skopje costs, and we have not priced one. Our Skywards hub explains how flydubai flights fit into the programme.

What it means if you live in the UAE

flydubai describes Skopje as one of the markets “that have had few direct connections to Dubai”. The release points UAE travellers to the city’s Old Bazaar and Kale Fortress and to Lake Ohrid. Flights are on sale on flydubai.com, the flydubai app and the UAE contact centre on 600 54 44 45.

Checked against flydubai’s release on 3 November 2026.
