flydubai has started a daily non-stop between Dubai International Terminal 3 and Pokhara (PHH), its second destination in Nepal after Kathmandu. The first flight left DXB on 23 September 2026. flydubai says it is the first direct air link between Dubai and Western Nepal. Its release calls Pokhara the principal gateway to the Annapurna range.
flydubai calls itself the first airline to fly scheduled international services to Pokhara. The release adds that Pokhara is Nepal’s third airport with scheduled international flights.
The schedule and the fares
From flydubai’s release of 25 September 2026:

Times are local. Nepal is 1 hour 45 minutes ahead of the UAE, so each direction is scheduled at about four and a half hours.
Fares from Dubai, return:
- Economy from AED 1,950
- Business from AED 5,400
These are “from” prices. They can change, and flydubai gives no end date for them.
What it changes for UAE travellers
flydubai pitches the route as a way to reach Western Nepal without “multiple transfers or extended road journeys”. The midday departure lands in Pokhara at 18:15 local time, the same day you leave Dubai.
Kathmandu still has four flydubai flights a day. With Pokhara added, flydubai runs 35 flights a week to Nepal.
The route is also sold under flydubai’s codeshare with Emirates. That means one ticket, with bags checked through, when you connect in Dubai from the Emirates network.
Business Class. The release does not say which aircraft flies the route or which Business Class seat it carries. The two lead-in fares are AED 3,450 apart. If the seat is why you would pay that, check the seat map on your own booking first.
